**During the 2010 Legislative Session, the law was changed to require newly elected  condominium board members to take a division approved course or certify in writing that they have read the association’s declaration of condominium, articles of incorporation, bylaws, and current written policies. The course or the certification must be submitted within 90 days after being elected or appointed to the Board.
